Store Items

New Parts- Any scuffs or minor scratches are from being mixed around in sealed Lego boxes. They are also always in a bag or bin with other parts, so they come in contact with other pieces. This is something no one can avoid.

Used Parts- may have minor scratches or indentations from use. USED parts are NOT new. Most of our used parts are in fantastic condition and we do not include any badly damaged pieces(cracks, cut studs, deep gouges), but please assume that they are not perfect, and may not be shiny like a new piece.

We pull/pack orders based on when payment was recieved. If you buy the last of a particular item, we will issue a refund if our inventory count happens to be off (rare but happens). 

How Variations Are Handled

LEGO has made minor changes to part molds over the years that have minimal to no functional difference. This can quickly become a sorting nightmare. We have structured our inventory to help the typical builder, not the catalog purists. For example you may receive ANY of the sub-types(solid stud/hollow stud, groove/no groove, rounded or square corners, O-clip/U-clip, reinforced/non-reinforced, etc) or a mix of them. 

This is the best solution we could come up with to bridge between part variations.  Please note that if the part variation DOES have a functional difference, we keep them separate.

Shipping

We require tracking on all shipments, lettermail is not an option.​​​​​​ Please request a quote if you wish to utilize Media Mail (instructions and stickers only)

We will see that packages are shipped ASAP after payment is received, usually next day.

Combined Order Shipping

If you place mulitple orders, there will be a $1 order combining fee per additional order to cover the additional payment fees and costs we incur for the additional orders that we would not normally incur if the items in both orders had been processed on a single order.

Issue Handling

In the rare event our inventory happens to be off, we will let you know as soon as possible. If we miss an item from your order (also rare but we are human and sometimes make mistakes), we will refund or ship the part, depending on the best option/outcome for both parties and price.

Item removal requests (post payment)- A refund will be issued for 100% of the net amount we receieved for that portion of the order (total minus fees incurred for that portion of the order) are accepted before we start pulling the order. Post order pulling will result in a 20% restocking fee for removed items.

Order cancellation requests (post payment)- A refund will be issued for 100% of the net amount we receieve for the order(total minus fees incurred the order) and are accepted before we start pulling the order. Requests post order pulling will result in a 20% restocking fee.

Shipped order sales are final, we do not accept returns of items purchased.
